8 week mindfulness for stress course
An 8 week mindfulness for stress course, focusing on using mindfulness to help better manage stress and the ups and downs of life.
We don't currently have dates for our next course, however if you continue with the registration, we will keep your details and let you know when we have confirmed our next course.
What will I get from the course?
8 sessions of two hours a week held live on zoom.
Participants are expected to establish a home meditation practice during the course of around 20 minutes a day. Guided meditations, and a course handbook are included to help support you with this.

The course is free, but we will be inviting those who can afford to do so, to make a donation to Manchester Mind on completion of the course.
