Mindfulness for stress course zoom Jan

An 8 week course aimed at lowering your stress levels, helping you better manage anxiety, and improving your wellbeing. Over 8 weeks, you'll be supported in establishing your own meditation practice by learning a variety of mindfulness meditation techniques and skills. These can help increase focus, decrease the rumination that can make stress worse, and give us greater resilience to face life challenges. 

We have recorded guided meditations and handouts for each session to help you along the way.

Course dates and times  
Wednesday afternoons from Wednesday 29th January 2025: 2 - 4pm. We will have a one week break on 19th February. 

This course is held live on zoom and we ask that you commit to attending the full course.
