UoM Libraries - Communities workshop
Your employer has arranged this great opportunity to invest some time in yourself and to look after your wellbeing by attending a Manchester Mind Wellbeing workshop.
This session is open for all levels, whether you’re a wellbeing expert and want to take this time to reflect, or want to learn/try something new!
The session will be practical and participants will be encouraged to join in and take part. However, remember, if something doesn’t feel right, you can stop any time.
Remember, self-care isn’t always easy. As we don’t have any prior knowledge of you and your past experiences, we want to make sure you are keeping safe, so if you have any concerns during the session, please let us know by emailing training@manchestermind.org, or you can call our Welcome Team on 0161 769 5732. How will the booking process work:
- Please register your place using the "Register Now" button on this page
- You will be asked for your email address which is how we will communicate with you before and after the course
- Full joining instructions and reminders will be emailed shortly before the course starts
- If you, would prefer future communication in alternative forms to emails please let me know
We want to make the course as accessible as possible, if there’s anything you would like to talk through with us beforehand, e.g. something you’re struggling with at the moment that you’d like us to be aware of; accessibility needs such as captions/subtitles/large print – anything that might make the training run more smoothly for you – please do get in touch via training@manchestermind.org
