Please leave either a phone or mobile number, or an email address, so that we can contact you about your enquiry.
Are you happy for voicemail messages to be left? Should we leave a message if someone else answers the phone? Is there anyone we should not speak to? Please give as much detail as possible.
The Listening Ear ServiceA Manchester Mind staff member or volunteer will call you once a week, on an agreed date and time. The call provides a confidential space where you can talk about anything that’s on your mind. You will be listened to without judgement or any pressure. The call will last for up to an hour and will usually be with the same listener. We can offer a maximum of 6 calls. We will email you a listening ear agreement with further details for you to read through and confirm if you are happy to proceed.
